Iva Norris is the Master of Creative Finance in Real Estate. After becoming a millionaire in her 20s and then losing everything, Iva entered the Real Estate World, where she has been thriving for the past 2 decades. Not only did she earn back her millions, but she also multiplied it many times over. Today, using her experience in Real Estate, Iva helps investors build their portfolios by getting infinite returns using creative finance to buy properties.

She is incredibly passionate about helping investors without credit, money or experience make millions of dollars so they can get out of debt and thrive through Real Estate. She loves teaching them easier and new ways to find motivated sellers and structure and close a win-win deal.

Iva attends Orange Theory classes daily and loves spending the summers at her beach house in Brazil with her 4 children.
